Food quality is good. Just don't understand why I always have to ask for takeaway cutlery and serviettes. Customers pay premium, while the franchise wants to always save money.

We often dine at Ocean Basket at various locations, but our lunch at Ocean Basket in Worcester was very disappointing. The service was subpar, the food was mediocre and lacked flavour, and, to top it off, the fish had to be sent back because it was raw inside. It was not the usual Ocean Basket experience.
