Altafs Balti - Worcester

We recently moved to the area and decided to order from this restaurant on Uber Eats. After placing the order, I came across many negative reviews, which made me quite nervous. I even called the curry house to cancel, but they had already started preparing the food. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The Balti we ordered was delicious, hot, and delivered on time. Thank you for a great meal! I will definitely be ordering from you again. I have tried many curries before, and this one ranks among the best. Thank you.

I had made a reservation for 7pm for myself and three friends, but when we arrived, the restaurant was empty except for two men at another table. By 7:10 pm, the waitress had not even asked us if we wanted drinks or popadoms. Two groups of four people then arrived and were seated at two tables. We had to request popadoms at 7:15 pm, and even then, the other tables were served before us. One table even received a second round of popadoms. By 8pm, we still had not been served or approached by the staff, while starters had been brought out for the other tables. We found this level of service completely unacceptable, so we informed the staff and left in disappointment. This restaurant used to have good service, but it seems things have changed. We felt ignored and mistreated by the rude and shocking service, and the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. We will not be returning and advise others to avoid this restaurant.

Curry and catch up with an ex colleague. Seated and order taken promptly. Food excellent chicken bhuna with rice and naan. Piping hot and qood quality and quantity. Happily visit again when next in Worcester

Delicious freshly cooked balti. Absolutely scrummy. Our second visit did not disappoint. Shall be back!!

Ordered a Biriyani and a Special Biriyani with other items too… put a comment to make sure that it would be “mild”… OMD it was so HOT we didn’t eat it. We will not be eating here again. Ruined my father in laws birthday! Think the chefs need retraining !!!!!
