Cheng Ye Chinese - Worcester

To be honest, this Chinese restaurant in Worcester may not be the nicest, but the food is still delicious with generous portion sizes and great value for money. The staff are also very polite.

Me and my husband ordered for home delivery. Food was on time, hot and very nice we both enjoyed the food and will order again. The delivery driver was polite and friendly

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a take away from the Cheng Ye and it was 15 minutes late. Not that bad but it was surprisingly expensive £30 for 4 dishes. The sweet and sour chicken balls were pretty much inedible the chicken was tough and the dough was so thick it was barely cooked. The other dishes were bland at best. I have had this takeaway in the past and it has been ok but you dropped the ball on this one. Expensive, a £2 delivery charge, late and badly cooked. Shame on you avoid.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and were welcomed by friendly and efficient staff. There were 15 of us and we all received excellent service throughout the evening. Even the children in our group were treated as valued customers and were even given free ice cream. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, satisfying everyone in our party. We brought a birthday cake with us, and a polite young man brought it out for us while we sang happy birthday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be coming back again.
