Mcdonald's - Worcester

We ordered food for four people through Just Eat. Unfortunately, all the fries, sauces, and one drink were missing from our order. Orders should be checked before being sent out. We will not be ordering from them again.

I stopped by for a flat white cappuccino at this McDonald's. It's one of the best locations with a great atmosphere. The service was excellent and the flat white cappuccino was really good, all at a great value.

Yet again staff cannot follow orders placed, this time all fries were missing and not acceptable, this is not the first time it has happened, it seems staff would rather chat to each other than concentrate

We ordered through Just Eat and their service has been faultless. The same can’t be said of this restaurant. I have lost count of the orders we have received with items missing. It ruins the meal and the restaurant appear to have no accountability whatsoever. How difficult is it to read and fill an online order? The odd mistake happens, let’s face it. We are all capable of getting things wrong….but this place consistently gets it wrong. You phone them to advise them of the issues, and they are not remotely interested and simply suggest you take the issue up with the delivery company who aren’t actually at fault!! With this attitude, it seems unlikely there will be any improvement in service any time soon. Very disappointed Hylton Road.

This MacDonalds has gone down hill big time! Came in for something to eat yesterday and the food took 25 minutes to arrive. A lady with blonde hair she looked young) brought our food over and basically chucked the tray onto the table!! Whether she was in a bad mood or had poor customer service ..there was no need for the way she acted! MacDonalds really need to sort their staff out!! To top it all off the food was stone cold! If I wanted frozen ****..I'd go to Iceland!
