Worcester Kebab House

Bunch of thieves I ordered a large chicken kebab £8.90 chips £2.70 delivery I received a punnet 90% full of chips 10% kebab meat

Should of been a large kebab. Trust me it was small and boring. No spice in the chilli sauce. Had better from Road side in powick For £13 it was a joke mega small

Worst place ever. My chicken was burnt and dry and a hair in the food. They didn’t offer us any cutlery or sauces so went up to ask for some and they rolled their eyes and told us we are annoying them. Rudest people ever and didn’t deserve our money…. Never again will I go here and I suggest no one does unless they wanted to be talked to like dirt.

I ordered a doner kebab which was described as being in the pitta bread. When my meal arrived there was a pitta on top of the box that was unopened. When I ordered the meal I stated no salad and no sauce on kebab but left a note for restaurant to just put tomato on kebab and chilli sauce in a pot. I even phoned to confirm this and they also confirmed what I had ordered. Upon arrival the kebab was smothered with chilli sauce which I hadn’t asked for. I rang best kebab to say I wanted a replacement kebab cos they had messed my order up. I was told it would be an hour cos they were busy. The person I spoke to wasn’t helpful and quite abrupt. To be fair my replacement kebab came within 35 minutes but after inspection the kebab meat they gave me was the dregs. Burnt and thickly cut. They call themselves the best kebab house but I won’t be using them again ever

Lots of new kebab houses opening in Worcester recently but this one is the original and the best. The food is superb, kebabs amazingly good, fresh salad and really spicy chilli sauce super value too. You won’t be disappointed.
