A very nice atmosphere in this country pub. the greeting was great. a complete 3-course home cooked meal was enjoyed by all my 18 guests for a relaxed dinner

We saw a sign outside advertising Dim Sum from 12pm to 2pm, so decided to try it out. It was very quiet as not many people seem to know about it serving Dim Sum also available in the evenings from 6pm (Sundays all day from 12pm). The food was really tasty and we had a nice personal service as it was so quiet. I hope more people decide to try it out as it was very nice. Maybe people are not all aware that Dim Sum is Chinese food. They use a tick list style of ordering, which is very easy we chose 3 steamed Dim Sum dishes, along with Chow Mein Rice to share, probably could have managed a curry as well (might try another time). Would definitely visit again!

I took my daughter to this restaurant, and we were eager to feel welcomed. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding—the best Thai cuisine we've ever had. Additionally, they had a special Monday evening promotion that allowed us to enjoy a wonderful dining experience for less than £40.

In the past, this restaurant had a reputation for subpar drinks and unappetizing food. However, it has since reopened under new management. The new owners are very welcoming, and the quality of the food has improved significantly. I asked to see the kitchen beforehand as a precaution, and I was pleased to find a spotless workspace with high-quality ingredients being used to prepare fresh dishes made to order. I highly recommend that people visit and experience for themselves the remarkable improvements, along with the restaurant's new unique offerings.

When I inquired with locals about this restaurant, particularly the owners of other nearby pubs, they gave me quite a negative impression, which piqued my curiosity to check it out for myself. What I discovered was a place with a fantastic atmosphere and a friendly owner who was warm and welcoming. It’s puzzling to understand why certain individuals seem intent on sabotaging this establishment. I recommend that those people hold off on their judgment and experience it for themselves instead of listening to the loudmouths who have nothing better to do (as evidenced by the two reviews below mine).
