I have spoke to the manager about wrong coffees and he argues with you telling you how you should order the drink so it’s correct. Example he told me I shouldn’t say sugar free vanilla, I have to say unsweetened vanilla.Another time I went for coffee and a sandwich as I was drivingup to the window, I noticed another sandwich got added. I verified as soon as I got to the window and the same manager/owner tells me I should have corrected this as soon as I saw the mistake at the drive thru window.

My experience at this Dunkin wasn't a good one. I usually don't post negative reviews, but I ordered a cold brew and 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps. The wraps were as hard as cardboard and looked burnt. When you are paying as much as we are nowadays, you expect that someone who knows what they are doing, can push the start button for the correct amount of time. I usually get great service at this location, but today it didn't happen.Will
They didn't have maple donuts and the selection seemed limited.. I think Dunkin had more variety before COVID.
If this is a Dunkin Donuts, you'd expect more than 2 donuts at 8pm and not to be told that they only have 2 donuts which doesn't make sense&can't meet customers' expectations&demand especially when they're open 24 hrs marketing half dozen donuts? Why market a half dozen donuts if you can't meet the customer's demand&Huck Finn can that's open 24 hrs can which has a competitive advantage over Dunkin Donuts since it can meet the customer demand?
