New Asia - Worthing

I ordered a delivery for £40+ of food to which they processed and took payment for. I then received an email saying they had cancelled the order due to no delivery drivers and we would not be charged. Okay, could have said over the phone you were not delivering but as long as I’m not charged it’s not a problem we’ll go somewhere else. (We went to Jade house as it was amazing, incredible food and extremely quick delivery) Woke up this morning to see that the money had been taken from my account and still in the process of trying to get refunded for an order that was never fulfilled. Not impressed.

Have to say I really didn’t like this place a year or so ago but the food is really nice now! Got a take out for my dad me last week it was yummy. We had chicken with cashew beef in satay. Both really tasty! My only concern is they are putting their prices up to an almost intolerable level of late this is Worthing not London! If they keep their prices where they are I will continue to order from them. If not it is questionable!

Think this place has pulled its socks up because the delivery I got the other night was great really tasty, nice and piping hot plus on time. I have had mixed experiences with them before but will definitely order again after this last one.

We’ve used New Asia a few times now, so fresh, perfectly cooked and a great takeaway, love it and highly recommended

I have been dining at New Asia since I relocated to the neighborhood and it has always been nothing short of delicious. The food is consistently tasty and the employees are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.
