Subway - Worthington

The only reason I’m giving subway 2 stars is because of 1 single employee that has never let me down there. Tonight unfortunately she wasn’t working. I waited almost 10-15 mins, and watched as they ignored my sub. I would’ve understood more if it was busy but it was not tonight. My sub is VERY simple. I get 2 things on it (besides meat and cheese). When I got my sub it was cold from sitting for so long. So I’ve decided if Nicole isn’t working, I’m not going to subway.

Came this morning right after opening. Doors were still locked and the employees were just standing there. I know they saw me because they walked up to turned on the open sign. Very frustrating when I only have a certain amount of time for lunch.

It costs almost $22 for 2 foot long pepperoni (extra meat) sandwiches...nothing special. Just one meat. No cheese and lettuce and ranch with it. I feel like that is such a crazy high price for a sandwich that has literally nothing but meat, lettuce and ranch on it. Won't recommend subway until I see a pepperoni sandwich that costs me less then 11 a sandwich.

Do not pass through the journey. there were only 2 cars in the line and I wanted 23 minutes to get my sandwich. Never stay here again. should have just gone to mcdonalds.

Two sandwiches in the drive through took nearly THIRTY minutes. And of those 30 minutes, it took 20 minutes before anyone came to the window. Here's the kicker, when we finally got our food and drove to the front of the store, the parking lot was completely empty. Not sure what the hold up was. It's worth noting that there were only two younger kids working at this time. It could be a staffing issue but clearly a big problem that management needs to address.
