The best meal I've had since the passing of my Grandma. Dressing butter beans.. well all the food was like the best Ever!!!!

Never see owner until it's time for him to collect money. He's not well liked by his employees. The health department scores are better. I bet Ms Peggy was disappointed with the 50 score. It was mostly for sanitation. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Came in an hour before close and the food was absolutely perfect. I'm from south ga and Peggy's had the best plate of country food I can remember. It's getting harder to find good sweet tea but theirs was 10 out of 10. My only qualm was I wish they had t-shirts! I'll be back!

Was told when we entered full of people eating that they were closed because the cook left out so we couldn 't eat. Gonna hurt business not to have a cook, Especially one that we commend for cooking traditional Soulfood so well.
