The best Dunkin's in town... They always get it perfect every time. The drive through is a little difficult to understand at first but the service is fast, friendly and accurate, I don't go to any other Dunkin's around!

People at this point are always so nice and friendly. (Next to the fact that they definitely know what they do when it comes to making coffee.) The woman in the window gave me the sweetest compliment today and left me with a smile on my face. It's not so common to find something like that.

While I understand that employees aren’t obligated to fulfill my request, there was no one else in line, and I even had my receipt as proof of my order. A little kindness goes a long way, and if that's too much to ask for, a harsh and rude response is certainly not the way to handle it! Coming from someone who works in customer service, I have always found the staff at that location to be friendly—until today, that is! Not wanting to argue, I just decided to purchase the drink again and left.
