Mcdonald's - Wrexham

Just shocking to call in for breakfast, restaurant empty, one van in drive through. 8 10 staff hanging around chatting in the restaurant. One girl actually working cracking eggs two staff members stood talking and watching her. A huddle of staff just talking and what appeared to be a superviser actually encouraging personal conversation whilst I stood waiting . Asked by three people polite! young people could they help, but the reality was the main team were literally being paid to do nothing but socialise. When finally collected my order and got to my van I realised I had not been given the correct drink! But had to leave as I had hung around waiting for so long there was no time to rectify. Shocking for any Mc Donalds, serious staff management and training issues in this franchise!

Customer service was terrible. I will not be visiting again. Asked for a manager Cameron was rude nit a great example to staff.

Had two servers named “reece” and “scarlett”. both were great and were very nice. good was also brilliant. enough of the hate guys

Me and my family visited here after a lovely afternoon swimming in newbridge, never again will bring my family here, I usually come through the drive thru most mornings and never have an issue and so I thought bringing my family here would be a good idea hahahah that’s a joke. The restaurant it’s self was very clean and tidy and the lady working out the front was also very lovely. It was a young boy that brought my food over and although he was very polite, you could just see he was fed up love him Anyway. I was missing food off my order and so I went to thr counter and the manager in a white shirt, well I believe was a manager as everyone else had grey tops on. rather small shaped all I seen on her badge was the letter “K”, how rude…attitude was absolutely stinking, you could tell she thought she was better than anyone else, higher than anyone else, so not only was she rude to me, when talking to her staff about the problem she was very rude and aggressive again. The was she treated me and her staff was absolutely vile, I really do feel for the staff at this restaurant.

What is happening, with fast food, another place run by kids, who would rather mess around than, than give good service, stay clear.
