Subway - Wrexham

I went to the restaurant 30 minutes before closing and had a terrible experience with a staff member on Monday the 25th at 6:30 PM. I was informed that the toaster was already off because they were about to close. I wanted two Tuna footlongs, but was told there was only enough for one and the girl was unwilling to get more so close to closing time. I felt rushed and was not given a chance to make another selection. Despite requesting all salad, I did not receive all of it. The staff member had a bad attitude and made us feel like we were wrong for coming so close to closing time. The restaurant closes at 7, so it is not reasonable to start shutting down at 6:30 and expect no customers or be rude to those who do come in. I believe that management should let her go and hire friendlier staff. The way she treated us makes me question the management of this establishment. I will never return and would rather waste my money than eat at this Subway again.

Subway offers incredibly delicious and satisfying sandwiches that are so good, they should be open 24 hours a day. Their food is so delicious that you can customize your sandwich with any topping you desire.

Hello, I used to work at this Subway branch and currently work at a different location. I am very disappointed with the sandwiches here. The bread seemed to have been proofed incorrectly, resulting in cracks before toasting. The employee cut the bread too high, reducing the space for fillings. The amount of TLC (Taste Like Chicken) was not measured properly, with a handful being used for the order. The staff did follow the rules for non-vegan food contamination by changing their gloves. Some employees were wearing outdated black promotional t-shirts, which hasn't been relevant for the past 2-3 months. The Subway melt was unavailable, even though it is on the secret menu. I am not sure if this is an issue with this specific branch or if certain items are being removed by different branches. I hope that in the future, employees, especially new ones, receive proper training, as my personal experience at this branch showed a lack of guidance for new staff.

Had a delivery from subway. This was £1.50????? Shocking. It must have been a joke. Only we wernt laughing.
