Taste Of India - Wrexham

I waited nearly hours for my food to be delivered and was given false information multiple times. I would advise avoiding this restaurant as there are plenty of other great options in Wrexham. They are simply not capable of running a successful business.

We ordered our food online from Taste Of India to be delivered at a specific time. However, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. After calling the restaurant twice, we were told that the driver should be arriving any second. We later received a call from the driver asking for directions to our house, as he was coming from Brynteg. Realizing that our food had been sent to the wrong location and would be cold by the time it arrived, we decided to cancel our order. This was disappointing as we have been regular customers but are now reconsidering due to their unreliable delivery service. They need to improve their delivery system as this experience was unacceptable.

Ordered food but was told there was a wait of about minutes which was fine. Then food was delivered chips were cold and old tasting, chicken nuggets were soggy and burnt. The other foods were disgusting and was very disappointed. After an hour of...trying some of this food considering we spent on spent visiting the toilet. Absolutely disgusting the prawn butterfly consisted of heavy breadcrumbs which was soggy. I’m not sure this food is as fresh as they claim, the rice was stuck together in a plastic box which tells me has been cooked and obviously reheated again. The food wasn’t warm when we had it delivered. Phoned to make a complaint but didn’t want to know. Definitely won’t be ordering again unless you fancy a couple of days just seeing the inside of your toilet walls! Such a shame when the comments say otherwise.

Outstanding! The best take away in the area. Great team of people too fantastic food! I know there are some negative reviews but that’s due to the delivery and take away collection times. It’s the best and the busiest, therefore you need to order...in advance and they quote you a realistic time. If you want instant delivery elsewhere think why aren’t they busier....coz they aren’t as good. Seriously I can’t recommend high enough!

This is the best indian food wev,e ever had, the chicken tikka is gorgeous, ive got to try lots more dishes from taste of india, yet. The food is lovely. My favourite.
