Fratellis Italian Steakhouse Winston-salem

I love the atmosphere! If you go sit at the bar. Service is better. People are engaging and friendly... and duh... drinks. Their bartenders are literally the best in the city. They do not rotate bartenders or share like most other places in town. They will make anything you ask... in our of menu. I've had official dinner here now 5 times and it's just inconsistent. Steak is usually over cooked... which is actually a little disappointing because you can tell it has flavor and good seasoning. I've seen more people use steak sauce here than at a roadside Outback.

Always love this place. You can count on great service, a killer steak and salad, and the best dessert in Winston, for my money.

My Husband and I have eaten here many times, although it's been over a year since we have eaten here, nothing stays the same! We were wondering if maybe they changed owners. We have always loved the salad that they serve to everyone. This time it was horrible. It had yellow lettuce and hard white cores in it. We asked the waiter if they had changed the salad and he said he had only been there for a month. Anyway the salad was so disappointing! The bread is delicious!! I had salmon and it was good. My husband had lasagna and he didn't care for it!! We also ordered calamari and it had a strong fishy smell!! Needless to say, we were very disappointed in our meal!!! We drove from Morganton NC just to eat at Fratellis!!! Please fix the salad!!!!!!!

Normally I don’t take the time out of my day to write a review, but I just had to for this restaurant. The food was to die for and well worth the price. I highly recommend the filet mignon. Not only that but the service from Beth Ann and Brian was exceptional. You won’t find good food and service like this anywhere else in Winston-Salem!!

We enjoy sitting in or at the bar. Same great service, lively atmosphere. Fun conversations with bar staff.
