Worst pizza place to never have them pizza, it's always a wait way, long then this place needs to repair

Worst experience at Little Caesars. My friend and I ordered pizza for our family. It was ready at 4:51. At 4:53 we went to pick up. Customer service was very rude and said it would be a while to do problems in the back. I saw our pizzas on the back table a few minutes later we asked again, as we received a notification that the pizzas were ready at the counter, and the reper still said it would be a few minutes more. After all, she brought our pizzas and said they were on the table for a few minutes, the pizzas were not so hot. Lazy people shouldn't be in customer service. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

The place really went down since Covid happened. When you close earlier, never enough staff or the fact that hot n is ready is not hot I am ready. Waiting and eating is not always so great. The franchise has to sell. I gave them several chances even if they served me a pizza with blood on the box entrance. Very disappointed.

What can be said about little Cesars. This special location is delicious and reliable. Always supplies a consistent product, although often very busy.

I had a terrible experience and very rude experience at this place with all of the little children they have working there and the main manager as well was not aware or even concerned about what was happening and how long it took for one simple order. Then when I got home to talk to the main corporate which is not Ashley but her name is Sue. She was extra very rude to me didn't offer anything basically hung up on me I do not recommend this Little Caesars or any anywhere near here. My pizza literally had flies flying around it because it was sitting for so long. Disgusting and disgusting service especially from the owner who is Sue. My family and friends have got the same experience from this corporate industry as well and got the same treatment from sue the head person as well. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone especially a family.
