5 stars for the overworked employees. Its proximity to downtown Wyandotte and Bishop Park keeps it busy, but they staff a skeleton crew so the turnover is high even by industry standards.The ownership or supervisors scheduling should work a shift during peak to get an idea what they subject new hires to and staff accordingly.
