Multiple wrong orders, awful customer service, extremely slow

I ordered ahead. The food deals were great. Food was cooked and ready when I got there. Staff were okay. Not bad not great but at the end of the day, they did their jobs. I'd order from here again. Food was fine and order was

I ordered large specialty pizzas but received small.. maybe medium size pies if I’m generous. Food is cold and not hot and considerably late as the driver stalled in one place for 20 mins according to the app food clearly wasn’t in the heater pack system also I wasn’t given all the extra sauces I purchased.
