Strensham Northbound Motorway Services

We have a fine of strensham services m5 worcestershire. we were more than 2 hours, so we paid for it. now they claim that we have paid someone else and want to serve £170, a few crooks who are overpriced eating in a dirty service station. neither my...five vehicles will stop again at the service station, they are already more than £170.00 I will fight in court against these crooks! the cost of the farm is worth about 35 pfunds to fight these Gauners.

At 9:30 in strensham inaugurated. the majority of sockets closed, with mcdonalds and costa are only those open, heaving! wait at mcdonald for over 30 minutes and very little other options. car park full, very small rooms, toilets but on par. overall bad experience, will not...again I go to the gloucester next time!

The entire site is absolutely filthy throughout , expressly Mc Donald's , every table was left uncleaned , clearly no cleaning schedule in place and the glazing to the entrance was just as bad , I guess the door handles were sanitised covid free to...match ... Absolutely no excuses for such poor hygiene .

Toni was very rude, needs to be fired. Worst customer service ever experienced. Need new staff here. He also gave me the wrong name when I asked him, his good colleague gave me the correct name.

This is by far the worst and noisiest hotel I have stayed in this year. The time now is 1.30 am I have just gone down to reception, to ask for a room change, only to be told that the noise is coming from air...conditioning units and refrigerator units on the wall outside my room. I was told to close my window. I explained that both catches are broken, only to be met with silence DO NOT STAY HERE
