Namaste Sutton - Wylde Green

We had booked a table and arrived 15 minutes early. The place was very busy, but there was a table for four empty. We were asked to wait. 20 minutes later we were shown to the table that had been empty. We then waited for about 5 minutes before I had to ask a waiter if we could see some menus. We then ordered our meal and starters. 15 minutes later a waiter asked if we were ready for our mains. I said we havent had our starters yet. 10 minutes later we got our starters. Having finished our starters we then waited another 20 minutes for the mains. I asked the waiter to explain what caused the delays, but she never came back with a response. In summary good food but service was appalling, made worse by no explanation or apology.

We been there for dinner and the be honest we go for the vegetarian option from starters to meal and I was well surprised . Decent cost, excellent food, great service and a nice and clean location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

One of my favourite restaurant in the town.Great service, great and friendly staff, awesome food and Brilliant Sunday offers. We love it here, it is probably our favourite restaurant in the Sutton area and we eat in,a lot. The staff are absolutely brilliant, really friendly and personal. The ambiance of the restaurant is excellent, love to be here. The food is exceptional, the flavours are delicious and the choice is fantastic. We had loads of different dishes and every one is tasty, high quality and great value for money. Great choice of drinks.Definitely recommend you should try it.

After having several good experiences with delivery orders I didn't hesitate to book my birthday meal here. I had never been to the restaurant but was convinced my friends and I would enjoy it. Sadly the service was dire! I felt bad for everyone as we were all frustrated with the unacceptable waiting times for everything. When our drinks eventually came most people had to ask for them to be remade as they hadn't used the ingredients described on the menu. You could also feel the waiter's bad mood reflected in how they treated us. My meal was booked way in advance so it's no excuse that they had a large booking at the same time. Such an anticlimax
