Had a lovely Saturday lunch, the fish and chips were cooked beautifully and the atmosphere in the pub was very friendly. The slow walk around the village made a great after dinner stroll. We stopped off on the off chance they were open for food when passing, and so glad we did!! The food was amazing one of the best lamb shanks I’ve had in ages. And a lovely sticky toffee pudding and custard for afters. The wife had one of the burgers and a chocoholic dessert. Well worth the money and would definitely drop in for food if we were ever passing again. Very dog friendly as well.
