Eating is always good quality and online orders properly fulfilled, which was earlier than a miss. Coffee except in the morning is either cold or empty. The reception in the morning is very sweet, but is chatty with its regular customer, so I always try to order online, otherwise you need to wait for them forever to place an order with their yapping to place an order and tomorrow are in a rush as you try to work at the time.
Food was good as usual, service was good, but this place has been by far the most dirty Panera I?ve ever. Tables filled with crumbs and sticky, floors filled with food, and please do not get me on the toilet start. But as always, the food was delicious.
Again a not so good experience. Our order was wrong and had to reorder. I understand that they are not fully occupied, but train your cash registers to hear the order, smile, be friendly and stay out. Autumn squash soup is on the menu and stays delicious!
If you love Panera like me, you can find yourself disappointed with this place. As new in the area, I was so excited to be so close to a panera. We order catering for all our breakfast lunch sessions at work and of course I have grown to LIEBE food service. Unfortunately, this situation has managed in a short time to discourage my patronage loyalty of the brand also for work. Any order I picked up was wrong in just 4 months. We had to call because ingredients were missing or the quality was bad. They are not in stock of their signature pastries often rather we go in the afternoon or at 7:00 as this morning. Nothing yet from our favorite pastry. That makes the 5th visit. It seems common that errors can happen, but this place seems to be very satisfied (perhaps complacent) with the supply of poor quality, limited stock of goods that output ingredients. Very disappointing series of experiences in so little time.
Terrible management. Plastic in the soup. When opening the bag, the corner of the bag fell in the soup, the person opening did not pull the food out of service. They just cooked it. So when I almost choked on it. Call the manager .... all I get is.. WE must do better. Did not honor return off of my order. I will never eat at Panera again, it is terrible what you do to clients. You should be ashamed.
