Hungry Jack's Burgers Wynnum Plaza

Worst staff attitude don't try and have a joke with them they don't understand that.

Yeah I like this Hungry Jack's outlet, always clean and tidy and has a good look to it. Staff are always helpful and smiling and aren't robots so working there must be ok for them. Never super busy with customers so its nice and easy to get in and get out. Its a good variation from the other majors that seem to have huge line ups, but as they say, I think the burgers are better at Hungry Jack's. Yeah yeah bad pun I know lol 6 months later and still just as good.

The order was incomplete: only 1 out of the 3 children's meals came with a toy, and only 1 of the 2 women's rings was included. Additionally, none of the sundaes I ordered (I requested 4) were delivered. Overall, it was disappointing, especially since only 1 of the 3 children's meals brought any joy.

The restaurant was dirty, with trash scattered on the floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned, including bottles and wrappers that looked like they had been there for a while. Our burgers were cold, and mine had been reheated and brought back to me. It was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.

We visited on Saturday night around 9:30/10 PM, and I want to give a shoutout to the young lady who served us inside. She was truly an asset, bringing a friendly and lovely personality to our experience. Thank you for making our visit special!
