Annie's Place Bistro - Wynyard

Love love loved it. BEST deserts ever and it's so family friendly. Annie and her staff are amazing and the food is to die for. It was so busy when we were there BUT never had to wait long. The salmon was and is my favorite. Prices are so good. Can't say a bad thing about Annie's place. It's the best restaurant we have been to since moving here. THE. BEST .... Thanks Annie and staff xx

I’m really disappointed! I booked a table to have a meal with my relatives from Melbourne, and we waited 45 minutes only to find out that our orders hadn’t even been processed. They offered us a Schnitzel (which wasn’t what we originally chose) if we were willing to wait another 45 minutes. I won’t be coming back again!

I had a wonderful meal at Annie and Dave's restaurant. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious!

The new menu is fantastic! I was disappointed to find that the pork belly had been removed, but I decided to try the lamb nachos with tzatziki and chickpeas instead. They were absolutely delicious and offered a clever modern spin on traditional nachos. Although it was a special appetizer, they graciously allowed me to have it as a main dish. My husband ordered the Mustard Chicken accompanied by seasonal vegetables and crispy chicken skin, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Once again, they were accommodating, cooking his vegetables a bit longer since he prefers them tender rather than al dente. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. With reasonable prices, we left feeling very satisfied.

I just had a fantastic meal! Unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the technology that caused our order to be lost, but it's no fault of the restaurant. Annie handled the situation remarkably well and even offered to compensate us for our drinks. I can't fault the service or the food at all!
