Boba Tea And Snow Ice

The girl at the counter is really rude, she doesn't even greet you, she has attitude, she took my order wrong and told her I was missing one of the drinks and said she didn't charge for it so I paid for it and got it, ask for the receipt and she acted like she couldn't find it, so I just told her to let it go.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude behavior of a young girl and guy who work there. As I always say, if you don't enjoy your job, maybe it's time to find something else—don't let your negativity affect customers. I was really looking forward to trying Boba Tea for the first time, but their poor customer service spoiled the experience for me. I’ll be reaching out to the owner about this. It seems like they weren't taught proper manners. I might return in the future to see if their attitude has improved, but if not, I may consider sharing their pictures.

This is the best bubble tea spot in the area! The staff is consistently friendly and very helpful. The brown sugar boba is absolutely amazing!

This restaurant was fantastic and a great indulgence! There were so many options to choose from. I definitely want to go back!

I gave this place 3 stars because the drinks were decent. However, the service was lacking. The cashier looked utterly miserable, which was the first thing that caught my attention. I ended up doing all the talking – there was no greeting, no customer service, and hardly any assistance. I even had to double-check to ensure I would receive the drink I ordered. I won't be returning.
