Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience at lunch. The food wasn’t fresh, and when they got my order wrong, they wouldn’t replace it. Instead, they insisted that I had ordered what I received. It feels like customers aren’t valued here. The manager clearly needs more training in customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, earning it only one and a half stars. I ordered a ribeye sandwich, but it arrived with barely any meat, mostly just bread. We also got two regular fries but requested no salt, and they still came salted. Additionally, we ordered two bacon cheddar sandwiches, but the bacon was old and tough, and the overall taste was terrible. To make matters worse, the service was awful. When we brought up these issues, the manager responded rudely and even dismissed us. It was shocking to receive such poor treatment, especially as seniors over 70. I will not return to any Arby’s again. This restaurant used to provide friendly service, but the attitude of one older staff member ruined our experience. Business owners need to ensure their employees are friendly; otherwise, they risk losing their customers. (Minus one star)
The staff at this Arby’s are truly fantastic. However, I had a bit of an issue with the overflowing soda drinks that ended up spilling everywhere, affecting both the side of the counter and my car, both inside and out. It was quite frustrating. The employees are not lazy; they clearly have the ability to tell if a drink is too full to serve. I believe they could do a better job in this regard. Nonetheless, I want to emphasize that all the employees are wonderful, and I genuinely mean that.
Good eating with generous portions when they get a double meat roast bark sandwich. we had to wait a very long time in the line (20 minutes). several cars left the line in this time.
Prior to covid this woman she's tall white hair she deserves 10 stars! She was/is amazing I haven't seen her lately! Prior to covid this restaurant was a ten stars rating!! The New employees after covid well they need classes on professional and friendliness. This entitlement has got to go away! Ratings will be dropping quickly!
