Biggby Coffee - Wyoming

The worst Biggby site in gr. I gave this place several chances last year and every time I regret it. it's always something. sometimes they are closed by chance. they are often from what I command. they always go crazy slowly. today I sat at the drive thru without cars in front of or behind me and waited to order 5 minutes. I'd rather go to the kalamazoo 60th place. never again

Today was my third day ever coming to this location and Kim greeted me with “i remember you from your smile” and proceeded you read out my order PERFECT without me even giving a hint! I swear these baristas give the absolute best service and i will not be going anywhere else after today because they are too awesome <3 thank you for working so hard and leaving such a good energy

Got to go to this biggby's Elli is amazing. He is always upbeat and gets your coffee done fast and RIGHT. He know my order before I even tell him. Aleena is always happy and has a big smile on her face. You would never know if she's having a bad day or not bc she puts the customer first. Update: Downgraded my review to 2 stars because yet again (6/1/22) they cannot serve bragels because the toaster is broken . I 've had enough of wasting my time coming here. I will not be back.This location has the most awkward drive thru, and is almost always out of something, or their toaster is broken so they cant make the bragel. The other locations around this area don 't suffer from the same problems, so I 'm not sure what the malfunction is here. Definitely lots of room for improvement at this location.

The morning staff here always brightens up my day. They work quickly and always seem to be in great moods. You can tell the employees enjoy working together
