Contribuisci feedbackI would give this restaurant 5 stars, but I’ve noticed some issues with the new employees. The male shift leader deserves 5 stars, as does Deb, who is always attentive. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and lacked flavor, and my online order has been incorrect twice. I wish the app had a feature that allowed me to ask specific questions before placing my order. After the pandemic, it seems that the new staff members are still adjusting, and I recommend double-checking orders – especially with drinks. It’s essential for the staff to ensure that online orders are accurate and that all notes are carefully read.
Looks like they're always unhappy. eating is always cold, I try to give them the advantage of the doubt. but it was every time I go. byron center is much better, fresher and friendly.
I understand. they are busy. they need 2 shifts. but that means that because I just spent $47, that I have to wait 10 minutes until a frosty that was not added to my order from the cash. the manager was there and only concerned about the change of the layer while the customers wait unattended. not just me. the couple behind me had to go back because they were 4got 1 of their burgers. no good experience.
There is a man named klear who took my order today and made my whole day. I told him I didn't have a good day and he heard me and talked about it. this act of ease was imo over the call of duty for our fast food workers. Thank you. klear, you're the reason I'm coming back? 10/10 most beautiful worker here
I mean it's Wendy's what more do I say, most of the employees are friendly. Gonna say most of the time my order is correct and fast service.
