Chick-fil-a - Wyomissing

Antonio doesn’t know a thing about the store he totally botched my order might as well fire him saw him picking his nose while touching everything possible….absolutely ridiculous person to hire

Been closed for a rebuild since summer. Now they are supposed to open 12/8. Miss my Chick-fil-A. Which is right across the street from my work. Please no more delays.

Waited over 15 minutes for a chicken nugget meal for my 12 year old daughter and she had a hole in the cup of her drink and when she went up to get a new one that took her an additional 10 minutes standing in line

Not very found of it being inside the mall but it was much faster then waiting in long lines. My husband and I did find the food here much more greasy then other locations.

Management at this location are the rudest people I ever had interaction with in my life. I have been a corporate manager for years and the so called manager, Valerie, is pompous, condescending and egotistical to the staff and customers. The regional manager really needs to do a serious employee and customer assessment of her abilities and customer service. I see other posts with a one star and it all revolves around Valerie's very poor management skills and especially people interaction skills. When a person believes they are always right in any given situation regardless of the truth there is a serious problem.
