We waited to be served and were quite surprised by who we assume was the owner. They did not seem to be very organized. The orders of other customers were taken before ours, and we had to wait for a while. We ordered a pasty, a sausage roll, and a bowl of chips, deciding to wait for the chips before receiving our food. Our food was ready at the same time as the people next to us, so we were served at the same time. The food was brought out haphazardly, causing confusion as to which dishes belonged to us. When I asked if the dishes were ours, the cook replied in a rude manner. We overheard the table next to us receiving completely incorrect orders, with meals arriving incorrectly prepared. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
Honestly, this restaurant is disappointing. The prices are high for mediocre food and small portions. I didn't expect top-notch quality or huge portions, but I did hope for better preparation. I wouldn't recommend it.
I have to say, this was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. We both ordered the mega breakfast and it was mostly cold, with only a few items warm. The sausages left a strange aftertaste and the workers seemed quite unhappy and unprofessional. The only positive was that my son's fish and chips were fresh and hot. I would recommend avoiding this place.
It is a great little place to sell beautiful cakes and hearty objects. my son loves the Chessburger and chips. the workers are so brilliant that they always smile on my face. keep the good work.
Nice cafe tucked away in a corner of a shopping centre; enjoyed a cake-and-a drink deal for two and a bit of banter with the owner, and a sit-down after (mainly unsuccessful) shopping, plus a chunk of bread pudding to take away. Will look out...for it again, if we ever have to go back to Kiddy.
