We have never had a bad experience with their takeaways. Their set menu for two at £17.95 is exceptional value in our opinion. They are always willing to adjust the spiciness levels to our liking. While they can get busy and you may have to wait up to an hour, they are accommodating and will do their best to expedite your order if requested. We have been enjoying curries for over 55 years, both in India and elsewhere, and this is the best takeaway we have found so far. We give them four enthusiastic thumbs up and highly recommend giving them a try. The only downside may be that with such great reviews, they may become busier, resulting in longer wait times. However, they usually deliver faster than the estimated 30 minutes.
Friendly staff on arrival and nice to see the chefs cooking away. Been a number of times now and have never had a bad meal! Always nice and hot when we pick up and packed full of flavours! Recommend Keep up the good work!
The food at this restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, if you plan on getting delivery, be prepared to wait at least an hour. The staff members are wonderful and very accommodating.
This always used to be our go to place for an Indian meal in Kidderminster but after our experience last night then this will go to the bottom of the pile. Firstly we ordered online and were given a delivery time which was really pushing the limits of what we would normally expect but as previous experience had been good then we were willing to stick with it. After a good 45mins of the waiting time had gone we got an update to say the delivery time was going to be extended by a further 30mins but as we had paid via a food website then a refund wasnt possible immediately. We waited the additional 30mins but still the food didnt arrive so I rang the shop only for my call to be answered by a very rude member of staff who had such a bad attitude then it cannot be good for customer retention to let this person anywhere near the phone. His excuse for extending the delivery time was 'cause he can ' and they 'cant do the impossible ' if I recall I wasnt asking them to do that, I was asking them to cook some food. When I mentioned that his tone of voice was not exactly reassuring he said that was 'fine, you dont need to like it '. His concept of good customer service really didnt exist, no apology and no offer to put something right. So the food finally arrived about 10mins later and I felt sorry for the delivery driver as he had no awareness of the situation so I just explained what had happened and left him to get on his way. The food was at best mediocre. You could still taste the spice paste that they used in both dishes (balti and pathia) and it hadnt been cooked out properly. The nans we tasteless even though one was meant to be garlic and the other cheese then you might have guessed that they were plain apart from the odd smattering of ingredient. As a result of what was demonstrated last night then I can only surmise that the place has changed hands for the worse or if it is still owned by the same people then they need to role back their standards to when they were one of the best in town. There are more and more takeaways popping up all over the place so there is a need for outlets to strive to be better Indian Style have let themselves down and lost what I would imagine is yet another customer
