Starbucks - Wyre Forest

This is usually a branch with a lot of traffic, but after the closure of the COVID-19 pandemic and with central London still recovering its feet, the branch is much quieter. Huge branch. Good location to watch people. There are seats up and down and tables outside. The seats are less now with social distance. Very good service fast. Clean. Friendly staff. Good selection. Nice atmosphere on a Monday to Friday morning. I had a black American ice cream one shot and banana bread. Delicious and I can't complain. I love the new Ice cream American sorbets! Better than straws and less waste.

Io non so perchè mi ostino, ogni tanto, a venire in questo locale. Non mi piace nulla di questa catena, con tutti i difetti delle cose americane e nessuno dei meriti. Come sempre caffè imbevibile e deludenti anche gli altri prodotti. Questo qui in particolare ha pure un personale poco preparato. Anche l'ambiente non mi piace, ma non è una novità...così imparo!

One of the worst coffee I've ever been to. Too many employees who didn't know what they were doing, made an incorrect order: only two coffees, one would think it was quite easy. Very rude staff, I was completely ignored when I asked why the bathroom seemed to be occupied forever. Note: It seems that homeless people used it as a bathroom. . . led them an eternity to open the ground floor for the disabled for meThey really need to do something about management

Extremely slow morning service. Staff who don't write names in cups according to Starbucks policy also caused problems with people who took the wrong drinks. I waited almost 10 minutes to realize that they had forgotten my order, they asked me what it was, they did it and with enough sarcasm they delivered me the drink sarcasticly saying chao. A pity as a former Starbucks worker, I crossed Pret for my morning breakfast now.

I've been in this coffee and tried to relax after a long day, but it wasn't really a pleasant, rude barista visit that after spending a lot of money for 2 ice latte and snacks, make me wait 5 minutes for 2 glasses of water with a very grunting face and another 5 minutes queue to tell me the numbers to access the bathroom.Very disappointed.
