Starbucks Coffee- Stourport Road

Great just a little slow when they seem to focus on the drive thru.

Needs more before the house staff, tablet a little untidy, but drinks good and fast

I love dieucks, only one filter coffee, but it's ace.

The employees at this restaurant, especially the younger ones, seem to be more interested in goofing off rather than serving their customers efficiently. Additionally, the menu options are not as diverse as other locations in the same chain.

I brought my two children to this Starcrooks on 30/9/23 at around 1pm. The restaurant was empty, with 5 staff members standing around. The tables were dirty and still had leftovers from previous customers. The floor was also dirty and littered with food crumbs. When I asked a young female staff member if my drink was ready, she rudely replied that she doesn't make drinks, someone else should be doing it, and walked away. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
