In English, this review would read: I recently had lunch at this restaurant and the cost per person was between £20-30. The food was rated a 4 out of 5, with the service receiving a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was rated a 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Butcher's Block and the Cheesy Garlic Bread.
The steak was excellent, but we were disappointed with the overall experience considering the £115 we paid. The half of a lettuce covered in dressings that came with the steak was not what we expected. The roasted vegetables were drenched in oil, making them slimy and wilted. The chips were clearly frozen and not homemade. The onion loaf was also of questionable quality, being rock hard. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly. Overall, the service was good, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, also receiving a rating of 4 out of 5. Price per person for dinner was around £50-60.
Our server Michelle was fabulous, friendly and professional. I came with my husband and we had cheesy garlic bread to start which was great then had Chateaubriand which wasn’t that great at all. There was just no flavour to the steak, the greens came in a pool of oil so we left these, peppercorn sauce was ok but the Chimichurri sauce was also swimming in oil so we swapped this for a different sauce. The steak itself hadn’t been rested for long enough so there was myoglobin everywhere which was very off putting.
