The restaurant's website and door sign indicated that they were open until 7. However, when we arrived just before 6, we were unable to sit inside as all the tables were already packed up, despite the threat of rain. We had to sit outside instead. By 6:15, the door was locked, so we could not use the restroom or dispose of our rubbish in the bin provided. Although the food was good as always, we were disappointed by the poor customer service and the misleading information provided.

I absolutely love visiting Subway in the UK, as I believe they make the best freshly made sandwiches. Recently, my twin brother Stephen and I decided to try out the Subway on Victoria Road West in Thornton Cleveleys, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with glass-fronted cabinets showcasing the fresh ingredients. We quickly placed our order for cheese, ham, and salad on crunchy 6-inch rolls, each paired with a bag of crisps and a cola. The order was prepared promptly by a friendly and efficient team member. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and satisfying, especially when accompanied by the crisps and cola. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at this Subway location in Cleveleys and would recommend it to others. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 8am, and Sunday from 9am. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I tried ordering online through the app, but found it to be a hassle. The delivery fees are high and there is a minimum spending of £15, which was a bit off-putting. I would rather go into the restaurant than deal with the app. The app also does not have a scanner for coupons, which was confusing. Overall, I had a frustrating experience with the app and decided to not use it again.

The food at Subway is consistent with what you would expect from any other Subway location, so I won't focus on that in this review. Instead, I want to highlight the lack of service I experienced during my recent visits. On two separate occasions, I waited an unreasonable amount of time to be served because the staff member was too busy chatting with a friend. This was frustrating enough, but what really irked me was the dismissive response I received when I inquired about the best value option for my order. The attitude was incredibly rude and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to the Thornton Cleveleys Subway and will be sure to recommend other dining options to friends and family. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different location for your next meal.
