The owner says with more then 750 locations blaw blaw blaw.. I don't care how many locations you have, if you can't take care of truck drivers, your worthless. This store has 2 restaurants and a pj fresh. All closed. Not even hotdogs on the rollers.Apparently, the rollers were off before this lady that came in a 10pm. How pathetic this store is. Because I'm going home, I'mout of food and now have to waste time getting on the highway and back off to get back on...... ridiculous.

Very well maintained location people are very kind and friendly clean bathroom and shower good food only thing is that who ever design the Semi trucks parking area had a little 4 wheels car mentality cause I had never seen a truck stop with so so manyparking spots and they are all so so so close to each other that there is no room at all to park I mean you can park but it's sodifficult and not talking about you have to blind side men be prepared to have fun ????

Typical Pilot Travel Center. Usually the cleanest restrooms you can find while traveling. Good stop with fresh pizza, Dairy Queen, and Arby's all on site.

I went to get an iced coffee from the Dunkin Express and one of the cream machines was broken and the other one they were cleaning. So I just attempted to use the one that said out of order due to cleaning because the other one was unavailable. Thelady cleaning the other machine then said to me ?if you read the paper it will tell you it?s broken.? I then asked for creamwhich I was ignored. Another customer asked for some cream and with no problem she gave him some??? I wasn?t rude or anything,if I was I would understand the cold shoulder but jeez. Just wanted some coffee.
