Can't order as a guest. They say they are sending a code for email validation but it never shows up. Lost business. Service: 1

This location serves awful food and when I requested a refund I was met with pure disdain from the actual district manager. She says she operates all Firehouses in the area so I guess my family just won’t be going here anymore at all. I get things happen but when the DISTRICT MANAGER refuses to refund you and will not apologize and fights you the whole time. Wow just wow.
