Little Caesars Pizza - Xenia

I updated my review a few years back because the service was awful after their first change. However, it appears they’ve really improved, possibly with new management and a better team. The quality of the pizza has risen, and my orders are always ready when the app says they will be. I consistently use the pizza portal and really appreciate how easy it is to pick up my order. Give it a try!

I attempted to call the store on my way home from Dayton, but the phone was still ringing when I arrived in the parking lot of Little Caesars. There was only one other customer inside. When I mentioned that I had tried to place an order over the phone, the manager explained that they were quite busy. However, she was apologetic and told me that I'd only need to pay $5 for a $10.99 order. She also mentioned that an older lady had disregarded her earlier, and it seemed she hadn’t called either. My question is, why not just answer the phone? It feels disingenuous to claim you’re busy when there was just one customer in the store.

Typically, this Little Caesars location is just average, but tonight, an employee named Shay really raised my expectations! Shay greeted me with a friendly smile and provided quick, hot, and fresh service. This experience might just have moved Little Caesars to the top of my list of favorite pizzerias!

Since the quality of customer service and food seems to be under new management and new staff, the quality of customer service and food has become exceptional. I was really surprised with my last visit and have renewed my belief in yhe chain.

0 stars in all honesty. This store is racist, complete and complete. You have words in the mouth of the customers. For example, my friend went to this store after the order, $20. His command was the next, although a child who was BEHIND came before him and took his pre-ordered pizzas. When he confronted his workers, he was called racist and other things. Then he was banned from this place. After that, while his children eat, they found several hair in pizza dough and sauce.
