Tonight for dinner, not crowded, waiters were polite and sincere. The roasted goose was so delicious, the skin was so aromatic when you have a bite this taste only linger in your mouth, rice was of good quality well w the goose and the Choi sum they have used them made sure that without the pesticides / bitter taste that you can get with other Brat goose restaurant. Live the reputation of her Michael star. Very satisfied with their food and service.
No waiting on Sunday at 2.45. Half a geese for two people seems right. The other dishes didn't look so good. Use the plum sauce at the end to update your pallet. Very recommended.
The best geese and duck of all time!! The line was waiting for an hour, but it was worth it. The day we went. It was super hot and sunny, so waiting was even bad. The restaurant is quite small in size. Family style food, so you can sit next to strangers. The food was so good. That's it!
By far the best roast goose I've had so far. Crispy crunchy skin with a generous layer of subcutaneous fat beneath. Meat was succulent and juicy as well without being too tough or dry. Sweet plum sauce was a perfect match to dissolve the greasiness of the meat. The noodles had a slightly strong alkaline smell when it first came. Fortunately it didn't taste as strong as it smelt. The only down side was that minimal order for the famous roast goose was a quarter goose for HK$150. Slightly too big a portion if you were to come alone.
