Had a Racial issue with the workers there tall white manager), allowed my coworkers to use the bathroom not problem but when I asked to use it they said I need to buy something. Confused asked the manager kept cutting me off mid sentences and was rude. Needs more training of customer service and management needs a new one that’s not racially motivated

At times, they're more oriented to drive up service than walk in. Inside, there was no counter service or anyone greeting you, just electronic order and pay option and waiting. I literally saw three drive up orders placed, processed and driving away with food after I had placed my order. Finally, I haled someone, and she was pleasant and gave me my drink cup, but still, the cars rolled thru the drive thru. This was around 1:45 p.m.
