Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I ordered the pork chop griller, and it tasted old, was barely warm, and overly cooked! Additionally, there was no gravy for the biscuit and gravy.

After leaving the window, I realized that my steak biscuit had come out of the wrapper and there was no cheese. I decided to return and handed the bag back to the employee. He told me to keep the order and said he would have another sandwich made for me. I then watched him instruct the kitchen staff to prepare a new steak, egg, and cheese biscuit for me. However, the food prep guy reached into the cheese container, pulled out a piece of cheese, and brought it to the window, trying to hand me just the cheese. I refused, explaining that I was supposed to receive a new sandwich. This seemed to upset him, and he aggressively made another sandwich while glancing back at me and conversing with another kitchen staff member. When the prep guy finally brought me my sandwich, he had an attitude, as if I should have just accepted the piece of cheese and made my own sandwich. I thanked him, but he simply looked at me, closed the window, and walked away. He was one of the most unprofessional employees I've encountered at Bojangles.

Let me tell you, they run out of items every week. For a restaurant, it's surprising that they can't manage to stay stocked. It's frustrating!

A solid B-Plus for chicken-based fast food. Our lunches arrived promptly, and everyone we dealt with were friendly and efficient.
