Al Ameen - Yankee Hill

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lincoln. They are always kind and friendly in their service and the food is delicious would highly recommend the Beef Shawarma Sandwich. They have complimentary coffee and tea, and the food is fresh from the grocery store attached. It has the perfect local restaurant atmosphere!

Old unfresh food. We ordered lunch and eggplant broth was old, weird and uneatable and this keeps happening all the time we order food recently. Shady prices that they charge you high and randomly not giving any concerns to customers satisfaction. Never will go back to this place again

My second time coming here for dine in. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the last time I came they told me they didn't have pizza but they made pizza for some customers after us. The food is really good. I used to order their food for delivery in the past which is how I knew their food was so delicious. They do not have outdoor seating but they have plenty of indoor seating. The restaurant is located at the very back of the grocery store. They also have a separate entrance for the restaurant too.

It's so appetizing. Quick and friendly service. The place has an awesome atmosphere. This place has many reviews for a reason.

The food is great but I've never received a fully accurate order from them. Even before COVID hit. There have been times when I've ordered a side and was charged for it but never received it. Ive also received orders that were literally just near and rice. I've always ordered the same thing and it comes with some extra stuff like sauce, a vegetable mix, and a couple of other things it's never been just rice and meat. Again. The food is great but don't expect to get everything your ordered if you're getting it delivered.
