Chick-fil-a - Yankee Hill

I visited this restaurant tonight and was disappointed by both the staff's attitude and the quality of some of the food. I ordered a spicy meal, but my fries were soggy and excessively salty. When I went to the counter to request a replacement, the two young women at the front were visibly irritated and rolled their eyes. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. It seems that this and other restaurants in central Ohio have lost their standards for customer service and food preparation. If I could rate it with fewer than one star, I would.

We ordered the grilled chicken sandwiches, and they were outstanding. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the food was prepared quickly, and the staff served everything with a friendly smile! Additionally, this was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've visited in a long time. Even the restrooms were spotless! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

I really don’t understand what all the fuss is about. Their chicken is decent, but nothing special in my opinion. However, I have to say that their service is excellent.

Every time I've visited, the staff has been incredibly polite and helpful! My kids also love the play area. We really need a Chick-fil-A in Zanesville, Ohio; I dislike having to make an hour-long drive to enjoy my favorite!

I stopped by for lunch and decided to use the drive-thru, which is usually pretty fast. However, I ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes, and when I finally left, the line was stretching out onto the street. On the bright side, my sandwich was good, and the staff were professional and polite.
