The inside, however, was very clean and nice, and we had no concerns staying once we were inside. The staff was pleasant enough. (No ice machine, no elevator, at least that I found. We could very clearly hear everything everyone was doing in neighboring rooms; seems like the walls were extra thin in this hotel, more so than my usual experience.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I went to the bathroom right after check in and noticed blood all over the back of the door and toilet. Absolutely disgusting! When I asked them to clean it the woman literally blamed it on us!!! Then there were nails sticking out of the carpet that two of us cut ourselves on. The owner argued about it and reluctantly grabbed a hammer. They continued to accuse us of doing both issues and even threatened to kick us out saying she wasn 't going to deal with us complaining about things all night !!!! Absolutely awful I had two young kids with me! We called corporate and as I was on the phone walking around the room I got a bobby pin stuck in my foot and I don 't use them ever so iy was already there! The place was disgusting and dirty everywhere on the property. If it hadn 't been so late we would have left. I travel a lot and Wyndham hotels are usually nice but this place and it 's staff definitely don 't meet typical standards!
Hotel price for a shelter experience. No elevator so good luck with luggage. Also, watch your step because the floors appear to never get cleaned. The carpet and walls had stains and gunk all over. Had to wiggle the bulb just right to get the light on. No working phone. Our other room was propped open when we arrived, never figured why since we left and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Same price, worldly difference in quality.
Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled of mold, room was filthy. There was some sort of element, on every reflective surface in the room, in the shape of a cross that has never been wiped off.
There were four of us and we only had one towel and nothing more. The place was filled with smokey smells and everything looks very tun down and apocalyptic in a way. The man at the front desk was barely paying attention when we were speaking with him.
