Charlie's Pizza House - Yankton

For a $30 pizza, it should really be exceptional; anything less doesn't do the brand justice.

We visited Pizza 920 on Saturday. The hours indicated they were open until 10 PM, but we were told they were "closed for the night" even though there were many empty tables and staff available. We took our business elsewhere! Your loss—we ended up finding a new favorite pizza place for our nighttime cravings!

What’s up with the elderly lady who runs this place? If she despises customers, she shouldn’t be in the restaurant business. The service here is unrealistic in its poor quality, and the rudeness is unacceptable. When Terry and Misty owned this establishment, it was a joyful place to visit—the staff was friendly, and the pizza was far superior to what it is now. It seems like the employees are unhappy, possibly due to her attitude. It’s disheartening to say I won't be returning, especially since this used to be a great spot to have a good time. I just hope they can either improve or sell the place to someone who truly enjoys what they do.

Terrible service pizza good, but not worth spending an hour to order

After reading some reviews, we decided to check out the place. First of all, it doesn 't open until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. WTH?! Then when we tried to call after that, it was busy for almost an hour straight. When we finally got through, it was a recording saying they can 't always accommodate carryout orders. (Didn 't specify if this was that kind of night or not).
