Le Fouquet - Yaounde

The hotel is situated on 20 Mai Boulevard, the main road in Yaoundé. It is conveniently close to the Prime Minister's office and many other ministries, particularly the Ministry of Secondary Education. They offer a buffet with a focus on traditional Cameroonian cuisine.

The place is quite discreet and pleasant. It features a nice conference room.

Honestly, I feel like there's a lot of hype surrounding this place for not much reason. The decor is mismatched, combining fast-food style tables with lavish and imposing centerpieces. Additionally, the menu is quite limited for a buffet, offering only a slim selection of appetizers and desserts. At least the food is good, and the service is attentive.
