Muddy Rudder Yarmouth

We enjoyed a pleasant dinner with close friends. We never felt rushed and were well looked after.

Always a pleasure having lunch at the Rudder. Service is great and food is always consistently good. It’s great for dinner as well and the atmosphere is relaxed right along the water.

WE HAD BEEN GOING TO THE MUDDY RUDDER MANY TIMES PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC. FOR MANY REASONS WE HAVE NOT BEEN TO MANY RESTAURANTS SINCE. BUT OUR EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY WAS VERY GOOD. GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, AND THE PLACE WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

We visited this restaurant for Easter Brunch. The food and selection were just okay. I thought it was a bit overpriced considering the quality and variety. However, the lobster sherry haddock and clam chowder were really delicious. The restaurant could use some renovations, but it does offer beautiful views from the back.
