I called the manager at KFC, who insisted that there was nothing wrong with the chicken. Unfortunately, he refused to replace or offer any solution for us.
Worst ever KFC...my burger was the same temperature as the bottle of softdrink... Hubby's chicken 1 piece hot 1 piece cold...chips medium OMG would hate to see the small size... never ever stopping there again... BARB'S KITCHEN 5 minutes up the road 200% on this ****
Plainland is our hometown favorite restaurant, however, the quality of the food can be hit or miss. Unfortunately, our most recent visit fell into the latter category. The chicken with skin on was incredibly dry, almost like cardboard, and some items were missing from our order. Despite reaching out to the restaurant, we have yet to receive any response. As infrequent diners, we were extremely disappointed and urge others to double-check their orders, especially for family meals. We simply hope for a replacement meal to make up for our unsatisfactory experience.
The manager is a nasty rude piece of work. Orders are consistently wrong and missing things...the food is also disgusting.
I visited this restaurant around 2 months ago and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was dried up and overheated, the chips were cold and old, and by the time we got to our car, they were soggy and bent over. KFC is known for their delicious chips, but this shop did not meet our expectations. Despite complaints from others, it seems that nothing has changed. The KFC in Gatton is much better in comparison. My husband and I, both seniors, usually enjoy KFC and know good quality when we taste it.
