This restaurant used to be a great place, but in the last 12 months, the quality has significantly declined. The fish in the "fresh" section looked dull and unappetizing, with many imported from Indonesia. They could be bought at the same price in a carton per kilogram, without mention that they had been frozen before. The "fresh sandy crabs" were also a disappointment, tasting old and chewy. The seafood basket was overcooked and extremely salty, likely soaked in a heavy brine for 24 hours. My husband refused to even try the ink fish, as it was practically inedible. The small amount of tartar sauce provided for $3.50 did not salvage the dining experience. I can recommend a better seafood place on Bourbong St or the East End Hotel for a good steak at a reasonable price. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Large selection of seafood and always busy as popular. the prices are good and have to book in the rule. the best place to meet large and small groups or family. beautiful at the river, cool brise.
Why is everything bier broken on a seafood platelet, even have Poo shooters in, oktopus still sünden in it. would not go there anymore....Drink of money and totally overestimated
Had a leisurely late lunch and afternoon chat. The view was nice but I think the food is generally overpriced so be prepared to put your hand in your pocket for pub quality deep fried food.
