They can't cook fish see my google review with burnt battered fish picture

10/30/2022: Learned there are new owners now. Coffee was water and that was one of my favorite things there for breakfast. French toast taste but butter came later ok but no presentation. Pouched eggs ok. Bacon looked old, not freshly fried and cold. Granddaughters chicken strips and fries were ok from childrens menu, she ate them. But they looked dry to me, not sure if warm or not. Sauce offered after received dish. No presentation for this meal either. Will never go back again. It breaks my heart because this is my and granddaughter’s favorite breakfast nook. With that being said, the waitresses were AMAZING and so gracious and helpful—they would be the only reason to go back! Clearly there were not enough waitresses and they all looked overworked. Do the RIGHT thing new owners! Disappointed.

Very disappointed today. The fish and chips were burnt and had no flavor, it was short staffed and the waitress didn't even know we were there. Bummer, won't be back.

Before covid19 I ate at Doug's usually the BIG breakfast. Service and food perfect every time! Since covid19, I've tried to get menu with no luck. I wish it would provide a menu for those at this time can only order out

Friendly wait staff, good food. Large menu selection. Comfortable dining.
